We are thrilled to announce Scott and Sarah Ferrara as our new Youth and Young Adult Assistants!
Scott and Sarah have been a cherished part of the Lynnhaven Community Church family for years, attending as a couple since 2017. Scott has deep roots in our church, growing up alongside Sister Mary Lou, and together, they were baptized here in 2020. In 2022, Pastor Salomon officiated their wedding—a beautiful moment in their journey of faith and commitment.
Over the years, Scott and Sarah have faithfully served in our children’s ministry, and now they step into this new role with enthusiasm and hearts dedicated to supporting and guiding our youth. Their mission is to encourage young people through these formative years, helping them navigate life’s challenges with faith, positivity, and biblical wisdom.
As Scott shared, his own experiences in youth ministry left an indelible mark on his faith journey, planting seeds that carried him through life’s seasons. Now, he and Sarah are excited to create that same impact—a nurturing, Christ-centered space where young people can feel loved, supported, and equipped to grow in their faith.
